Withdrawals

Withdraw through your trading account provider

Withdrawals are managed by the trading account provider that holds your connected account, not by Beaverly.

Where withdrawals happen

Withdrawals happen inside your trading account. Beaverly cannot approve, process, reverse, or guarantee withdrawals because Beaverly does not custody user funds.

Before you withdraw

  1. Review active styles. Pause or stop tasks you do not want running while you manage the account.
  2. Use trading account controls. Open your Deriv or cTrader account and follow that trading account withdrawal flow.
  3. Start with the deposit channel. Trading account providers typically allow withdrawals through the same channel used to deposit, and some require it.
  4. Check timing before depositing. Withdrawal speed is one reason the deposit channel matters; some users report crypto as fast, but speed is never guaranteed and depends on the provider, region, verification, and network conditions.
  5. Check trading account rules. Verification, payment-method matching, open activity, currency conversion, regional rules, fees, or processing windows may affect availability.
  6. Return to Chilla after changes. Confirm the account remains connected and ready before resuming tasks.

If a withdrawal is not available

  • Check whether trading account verification is complete.
  • Confirm whether there is open activity, pending account reviews, original-deposit-channel requirements, or account restrictions.
  • Contact your trading account provider for account-specific withdrawal support.
  • Contact Beaverly support only if Chilla shows a connection or readiness issue after the trading account is otherwise available.
